Hi, my name is Travis R. Weddle. I am the inspector/owner of TRW Inspections. Born in
Wisconsin and spending over 20 years in the Seattle area, and now in Arizona, I have a
unique knowledge of different building practices. I was a union carpenter and attended their
school for carpentry before becoming a superintendent for a general contractor, specializing
in commercial building remodels. Having done this work I am able to pass this knowledge on
to you during the inspection period. Whether you are present for the inspection or not, we will
go over the inspection report in great detail. If there is something that needs to be fixed I will
try to explain to you, the home's new owner, how you might be able to take care of the issues
or if a specialist should further evaluate the component. This will include minor problems as
well as major deficiencies in the home.
Having worked in the construction industry for about 10 years I decided to take the jump into
home inspection. I attended and completed home inspector school at Arizona Suntech, one
of the industries leaders in home inspection training. I have completed all of Arizona states
requirements and tests to become a certified home inspector. I
am based in Benson, Arizona and conduct inspections in Cochise and Pima counties. I do not
charge extra for location of the home. I do not believe in the home buyer having to pay more
for me to travel to the location of their new home. I still believe that giving the best service
possible is the only way to do business. With that in mind I will take as long as you need to
understand the inspection report and process. I also remain a consultant for the home for as
long as you own it, if you have a question 1 day or 1 year or more past the inspection date I
will be there to help you. My goal is to make your home buying experience a pleasant one.
