Here at TRW Inspections our top priority is to give you the best home inspection possible.
We will arrive to the home with a computer, printer and digital camera, This way you get the
report as soon as we are done. The inspection starts with the exterior of the home including
the main electrical panel, roof and crawlspace. While inspecting these areas we will take
pictures of any deficiencies and also tell you of any ( if you are present). Next we will move
into the home and check every outlet, door, window and all water fixtures. While inspecting
these areas we are also looking at the walls, ceiling and floor. Last is the kitchen, we will
check the sink and its components, dishwasher, stove, oven and built in microwave oven. For
a complete list of components that are inspected please see the Arizona State Standard of
Practice. After the inspection is done we will print the report, put the report and other helpful
files on a CD and go over the report with you. During this process we encourage you to ask
as many question as you like. You can either walk with us during the inspection process or
relax and have a soda or water, as I provide a chair and beverages. Either way we will go
over the report in great detail when the inspection is done. Inspections will last 2 to 3 hours,
but I remain a consultant for as long as you own the home. If you have any questions 1 day
or 1 year or more later, you can call or E-mail us and we will discuss it.
